Weaving, knitting, fabric are the theme and materials which are loved in everyday family life throughout the world. With this international show we wish the viewers to enjoy all the art works which are created by thirty two artists in their own style, sending a message to be enjoyed.
"Especially, the recent disastrous event in North Eastern Japan by tsunami and earthquake, brought us devastating sadness. As artists, we wish to deliver the bright side and happiness through art made by Japanese, and some non- Japanese artists gathered through gallery onetwentyeight and Shoshinkan gallery".
In NYC, part of the sales from art works in this show will be donated to "Japan Earthquake , Tsunami and Nuclear Crisis Relief Found", through New York Japanese - American Lions club charities. In Nagano, Japan donations will be sent to Japan Red Cross.
